Gymnastics

Eli and I have been in a mommy-and-me gymnastics class since January. It has been a lot of fun! The last class for the year was this week, so I took 'lots of pictures and they had an "awards ceremony" at the end. It was really cute :)

Memorial Day Weekend

We got our first taste of the beach this past weekend, and I can tell it's gonna be a fun summer! I forgot my camera (of course), but thankfully Jennifer took lots of pictures with hers.

The title of this post is a quote from Kaylie, Eli's cousin, wishing him a happy birthday. Kids are cute :)

Eli's 2nd birthday was this past weekend, April 24th. I didn't plan a real birthday party, but we did have two small celebrations. One at Eli's preschool during class, and then a family celebration with Lance's side of the family. On the day of his birthday we also took Eli, Kaylie, and Joyner to the aquarium. Here are a few pics of the festivities.

Happy Easter

We went to Wilmington for Easter and had such a nice time. The highlight was definitely the Easter egg hunt at Heath and Casey's house. Here are a few pics.

Spring has sprung!

We're loving the spring weather, Eli can really play outside this year. We took a trip to the daffodil field again for a photo session. Click here for last year's pictures. It was tricky to get any real good shots, it was so crowded and Eli did not want to stand still. Here are a few of my faves...

Snow 2010

We had two big snows this year! I have learned that Eli takes after his daddy and loves to play in the snow :) The neighbors introduced Eli to a new kind of ball...the SNOWBALL, he helped daddy build his first snowman, and he had his first sledding experience (which he hated!).
